Terms and Conditions


    1. The Promotion (“Promo”) is open to all shoppers/customers of the Participating Stores who are 18 years old and above, and parents with a child/children ages 3 to 7 years old. All employees of Wyeth Philippines Inc. (“WPI”), their affiliates and agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
    2. The Promotion period is from February 21, 2022 to October 15, 2022 (the “Promotion Period/ Promo Period”).
    3. By purchasing the Participating Products, the eligible purchasers (the “Participant/s”) hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that:
      1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
      2. Organizer of the Promotion has the right to identify him or her as a participant in the Promotion and communicate the same at any time, in any territory and through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.)
      3. He or she shall hold Organizer of the Promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Promotion;
      4. He or she will share his or her personal information to WPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and their authorized third party agencies, as may be required for the purpose of participating in this Promotion, as well as any promotional activities in digital media, any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of WPI or any of its products.
      5. For these purposes, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows WPI, and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information which shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Wyeth Privacy Notice, which can be accessed on Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential. The extent of the collection and processing shall be necessary and incidental to the performance of the purposes provided above;
      6. Organizer of the Promotion may, without further compensation to participant: (i) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this Promotion, including Participant’s submissions/entries, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (ii) authorize any of the above activities; and
      7. Organizer of the Promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of this Promotion including but not limited to advertising materials and Participant’s submissions/entries.
    4. By purchasing the Participating Products, Participants hereby confirm, agree, and acknowledge to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.



    1. Consumer to purchase any Participating Product from any Participating Stores. Consumer can then earn points for each participating SKU purchased and redeem points for corresponding freebies by just sending their receipt to the ParenTeam Rewards Chatbot.
    2. They may scan their receipt by following the steps below:
      1. Consumer to purchase any Participating Product from any Participating Stores. Consumer must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
      2. Consumer may scan the QR code on the product sleeve, go to or simply search for ParenTeam Rewards on their Facebook Messenger App
      3. A welcome Message will appear. Consumer must click on ‘Get Started’ to trigger the chatbot. Consumer shall be required to consent to the Promo Mechanics before proceeding.
      4. If the Consumer clicks on Read Mechanics, an illustration version of the mechanics will appear. The Consumer will then be asked if he / she agrees to the terms and conditions of the Promo Mechanics.
      5. Once Consumer agrees to the Promo Mechanics, Consumer will be asked which Participating Product he/she has recently purchased. Consumer may select any of the following brands: Promil Four, Promil Gold Four, Promil Organic, or Bonakid Pre-School 3+.
      6. Upon selecting a brand, Consumer will be asked by ParenTeam Rewards if he/she wants to send a Receipt:
        1. If the Consumer clicks on Send a Receipt
          • ParenTeam Rewards will ask the Consumer if he/she agrees with Wyeth Nutrition’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
          • If Consumer agrees, the Consumer may proceed and shall join the Promo.
          • If the Consumer does not agree, the session is automatically ended.
      7. Once Consumer opts in and agrees with Wyeth Nutrition’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and accepts the Promo Mechanics, the bot shall ask the Consumer to enter his/her mobile number for OTP (one-time-password) verification purposes.
      8. Consumer will receive the OTP via text message and shall enter the OTP in the chat box. The bot shall validate if the OTP is indeed correct and will acknowledge verification of the mobile number. The bot will then ask the Consumer to take a photo of the receipt and send it as a message.
      9. The machine will then read the receipt, and check if all the qualifiers stated above are satisfied.
        1. If the receipt is INVALID, ParenTeam Rewards will ask the Consumer to take another photo or shall refer Consumer to a customer service agent for assistance.
        2. If the receipt is VALID, ParenTeam Rewards will give the Consumer a summary of the following:
          • What valid SKU the Consumer has purchased
          • How many additional points are earned with this purchase
          • Total No. of Points to Date
      10. Based on the current no. of points the Consumer has accumulated, ParenTeam Rewards will then provide the Consumer with options on the rewards he/she is eligible to redeem (Refer to Prizes table in Section II.2 for the rewards.)
      11. Consumer may opt to click “Redeem Reward” upon confirming his/her chosen reward or choose “Redeem Later” to store his/her reward points for later redemption.
      12. INCLUDED REDEMPTION CAP of Php 15,000 capping of monthly redemption per customer per month per store.
      13. Once the Consumer clicks on Redeem Reward, the Consumer is given instructions by ParenTeam Rewards on how to claim his/her prize if the brand is offering instant rewards, or details of the giveaway or raffle promo that the Consumer has joined, if the Consumer chooses to join a raffle or a giveaway.
    3. Subject to the promo asset in which the user signed up, Wyeth Philippines will review the data collected and extract a list of qualified users with complete profiles. Wyeth Philippines will then disburse prizes accordingly.

      The free Premium Items are subject to change (to other items with equivalent value) based on availability of product and approval or disapproval of selected scope.

    1. Instant Voucher Rewards. The voucher codes will be sent to the Consumer within 1 minute once the receipts have been validated in the backend. The Consumer is then given instructions on how to redeem the voucher in the applicable platform.
    2. Raffle. Every purchase of any of the mentioned SKUs below from Bonakid Pre-School 3+, from any of the participating merchants entitle participants to the following number of raffle entries:

      Bonakid Pre-School 3+ 350g - 2 raffle entries; Bonakid Pre-School 3+ 800g - 2 raffle entries; Bonakid Pre-School 3+ 1.2kg - 3 raffle entries; Bonakid Pre-School 3+ 1.6kg - 4 raffle entries; Bonakid Pre-School 3+ 2.4kg - 5 raffle entries
    3. Top Spender Promo. Remaining points of Promil Four and Promil Gold Four customers will be tallied at the end of the promo period and ranked on a leaderboard. The top X number of customers with most number of points accumulated will receive the corresponding prize from Wyeth. The customer will be informed via Facebook Messenger if he/she is part of the top spender winners and be notified by Wyeth accordingly on how the prize can be claimed.

    Points which were already redeemed for Instant Rewards shall be deducted from the customer’s Top Spender points tally.

    1. WPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the misuse of the products above/free items.
    2. WPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any event beyond the control of WPI that will not make it possible to continue with the conduct of the Promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same, including but not limited to the following:
      1. Tampering of Participating Products;
      2. Unauthorized intervention;
      3. Any other causes which would corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, and integrity of selecting the participants in this Promotion.
    3. WPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who, in WPI’s sole discretion, is not entitled to redeem the free item based on the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of WPI on this matter is final;
    4. The decision of WPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion based on the foregoing is absolute and final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision

    Q: What is the right way to take a photo of the receipt?

    For us to be able to successfully process your receipt, please make sure that the entire receipt is captured, as much as possible. The supermarket’s logo should be clearly visible, and all items in the receipt should be readable on the photo.

    Q: What if I buy a different product size or buy from a different store?

    To be eligible for the promo, the customer must have purchased any of the following Wyeth products in the exact sizes, in the exact retailers or supermarkets below.


    Q: What are the rewards I can redeem?

    Here are the rewards that customers can redeem with every Wyeth Nutrition Purchase. Please note that the receipt must be from the participating stores above, and the purchase should have been made during the promo period.

    Q: For Promil Four, Promil Organic and Bonakid Pre-School 3+: How do I claim my GCash reward?


    1. Make sure you have a GCash Account. Download the GCash app and register for an account.
